The Strategic Growth Specialist plays a key executional role within the Strategic Growth Team, supporting firmwide and practice group initiatives that drive business development, client engagement, and revenue growth. This position focuses on translating strategy into action by coordinating projects, developing materials, analyzing data, and supporting cross-functional efforts across marketing & communications, business growth & client solutions, and practice group management. Location: Boston or New York; The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
This role is designed to enable strategic revenue growth by identifying opportunities, aligning resources, and connecting people, practices, and priorities across the firm. The Senior Manager, Strategic Growth helps the firm grow smarter, faster, and more intentionally by translating strategy into action—turning ideas, insights, and initiatives into scalable programs that directly support attorney business development, client engagement, and practice growth. Location: Boston or New York; The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $175,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.

As a key member of the integrated Legal Talent Team, the Manager of Associate Development and Training will focus on lawyer training and development to ensure the most effective orientation, integration, engagement and retention of lawyers firm-wide. Working closely with the Director of Associate Development and Training and Senior Director of Talent Development, the Manager will align firm and practice area training and development initiatives and programs with the strategic goals of the firm and the professional development needs of firm lawyers. The Manager also will play an integral role in the Associate performance management process. The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $175,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.

Goulston & Storrs, an Am Law 200 law firm, has an immediate need for a motivated, analytical and detail-oriented Estate Administrator, responsible for administering taxable estates, including estates with complex assets. The individual will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2 or more years of estate administration experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services organization, as well as familiarity with estate planning techniques and tax laws relevant to estate administration. The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.

The Director of Lateral Partner Recruitment and Integration plays a pivotal role in advancing Goulston & Storrs’ strategic growth by identifying, attracting, and successfully integrating high-performing lateral partners and groups who align with the firm’s values, client service standards, and long-term business goals. This individual partners closely with the firm’s leadership, practice group chairs, and business professionals to drive a best-in-class recruitment and integration experience that strengthens the firm’s culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusion. The salary range for this position is $220,000 to $270,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.

The Trust Operations Specialist is a critical operational control role within the Private Client and Trust Department, responsible for supporting controlled, process-driven trust workflows with a strong emphasis on payment oversight, system integrity, and audit readiness. Acting as a key gatekeeper in the private client payment lifecycle, the role supports payment processing from approval through controlled payment transmittal and release, while maintaining accurate documentation and audit trails. The position partners closely with Trust Administrators and internal teams to promote consistency, risk awareness, and compliance across trust operations, ensuring efficient execution while safeguarding firm and client assets. The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
