The Goulston & Storrs Strategic Growth Team is looking for a Real Estate Practice Group Manager to support one of the firm’s largest and most complex practices by serving as the primary strategic and operational partner to the Real Estate Practice Group co-chairs. The Manager translates strategy into action, bringing structure, visibility, and disciplined execution to group priorities while connecting attorneys, business professionals, and data across the firm to drive smarter, more intentional growth. The salary range for this position is $140,000 to $170,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
Boston
The Director of Lateral Partner Recruitment and Integration plays a pivotal role in advancing Goulston & Storrs’ strategic growth by identifying, attracting, and successfully integrating high-performing lateral partners and groups who align with the firm’s values, client service standards, and long-term business goals. This individual partners closely with the firm’s leadership, practice group chairs, and business professionals to drive a best-in-class recruitment and integration experience that strengthens the firm’s culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusion. The salary range for this position is $220,000 to $270,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
