The Trust Business Analyst helps improve operations, data quality, risk management, and technology utilization across the Private Client & Trust Group. The role reviews trust, estate, and related fiduciary workflows; translates business needs into process and system requirements; implements improvements; and supports technology projects from requirements and testing through deployment, documentation, and adoption. Working closely with the Director of Fiduciary Services, Private Client & Trust managers, administration support teams, and firm stakeholders, the Analyst helps ensure that fiduciary processes and systems support accurate, timely, and compliant client service, with appropriate controls in place.
