Douglas Rosner leads the firm’s nationally recognized Bankruptcy and Restructuring Group. Richard Rosensweig defends lawyers and law firms in professional malpractice claims and disciplinary matters, and counsels them in ethical matters and regulatory investigations. Rosensweig also handles complex corporate and securities litigation and serves as Goulston & Storrs’ General counsel.

He also counsels families on charitable giving and entity structures, private equity partners and families with special needs, including cross-border planning considerations, and executors and trustees on fiduciary duties.
